The Office of Enforcement—
  1. (a)Develops policies and programs for enforcement of NRC requirements;
  2. (b)Manages major enforcement action;
  3. (c)Assesses the effectiveness and uniformity of Regional enforcement actions; and
  4. (d)Manages the NRC allegation program.
