  1. (a)Each licensee shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public (see § 20.1301).
  2. (b)The licensee shall retain the records required by paragraph (a) of this section until the Commission terminates each pertinent license requiring the record.
