An original and two conformed copies of the applications and reports required under §§ 205.370 through 205.379 shall be filed with the Division of Power Supply and Reliability, Department of Energy. Copies of all documents also shall be served on:
  1. (a)The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission;
  2. (b)Any State Regulatory Agency having responsibility for service standards, or rates of the “entities” that are affected by the requested order;
  3. (c)Each “entity” suggested as a potential source for the requested emergency assistance;
  4. (d)Any “entity” that may be a potential supplier of transmission services;
  5. (e)All other “entities” not covered under paragraphs (c) and (d) of this section which may be directly affected by the requested order; and
  6. (f)The appropriate Regional Reliability Council.
