  1. (a)The requirements of this subpart apply to the FFD programs of licensees and other entities specified in § 26.3(a) through (d), except for FFD programs that are implemented under subpart K of this part.
  2. (b)The requirements in this subpart apply to the FFD programs of licensees and other entities specified in § 26.3(f) that elect not to implement the requirements in subpart M or elect to implement the requirements in § 26.605(b).
