Each licensee shall perform, or permit the Commission to perform, such tests as the Commission deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of the regulations in this part, including tests of:
  1. (a)Source or byproduct material;
  2. (b)Facilities wherein source or byproduct material is utilized or stored;
  3. (c)Radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and
  4. (d)Other equipment and devices used in connection with the utilization and storage of source or byproduct material.
