Each licensee shall perform, or permit the Commission to perform, any tests that the Commission deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of the regulations in this part, including tests of:
  1. (a)Special nuclear material;
  2. (b)Facilities where special nuclear material is utilized, produced, or stored; and
  3. (c)Other equipment and devices used in connection with the production, utilization, or storage of special nuclear material.
