The Commission shall report annually to Congress regarding its compliance with the requirements of the Government in the Sunshine Act and of this part, including:
  1. (a)A tabulation of the total number of Commission meetings open to the public;
  2. (b)The total number of such meetings closed to the public;
  3. (c)The reasons for closing such meetings; and
  4. (d)A description of any litigation brought against the Commission under the Sunshine Act, including any costs assessed against the Commission in such litigation (whether or not paid by the Commission).
