This subpart applies to:
  1. (a)Federal candidates;
  2. (b)Individuals holding Federal office (see 11 CFR 300.2(o));
  3. (c)Agents acting on behalf of a Federal candidate or individual holding Federal office; and
  4. (d)Entities that are directly or indirectly established, financed, maintained, or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, one or more Federal candidates or individuals holding Federal office.
