A suspension pursuant to paragraph (b)(3) of § 1010.45 of this chapter shall be effected by service of a suspension order which shall contain:
  1. (a)An identification of the filing to which the order applies.
  2. (b)An identification of the amendment to the filing which generated the order.
  3. (c)A statement that the issuance of the order is necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of purchasers.
  4. (d)A statement that the order shall remain in effect until the amendment becomes effective.
  5. (e)A notice of the hearing rights of the developer under § 1012.235 and of the procedure for invoking those rights.
