  1. (a)The ASC shall publish promptly in the Federal Register a notice respecting:
    1. (1)A received Request for Temporary Waiver (see § 1102.3(c)); or
    2. (2)An ASC Order initiating a temporary waiver proceeding (see § 1102.5).
  2. (b)The notice of a received Request for Temporary Waiver or ASC Order initiating a temporary waiver proceeding shall contain a concise statement of the nature and basis for the action and shall give interested persons 30 calendar days from its publication in which to submit written data, views, and arguments.
