Pursuant to the requirements of the Bank Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1430c), this subpart establishes:
  1. (a)A prospective mortgage purchase housing goal;
  2. (b)A small member participation housing goal;
  3. (c)Requirements for measuring performance under the housing goals; and
  4. (d)Procedures for monitoring and enforcing the housing goals.
