  2. (b)The time for payment of the premium required by sections 5.55 and 5.56 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended;
  3. (c)Interest charges on delinquent payments;
  4. (d)The form and content of certified statements; and,
  5. (e)Documentation supporting certified statements.
