  1. (a)The OCC may require filing fees to accompany certain filings made under this part before it will accept those filings. The OCC provides an applicable fee schedule in the Notice of Comptroller of the Currency Fees published pursuant to § 8.8 of this chapter.
  2. (b)Filing fees must be paid by check payable to the Comptroller of the Currency or by other means acceptable to the OCC.
