12 CFR §19.219

1. (a)Requirement to submit final decision. An applicant seeking payment of an award must submit to the OCC's Litigation Group a copy of the OCC's final decision granting the award, accompanied by a certification that the applicant will not seek review of the decision in the United States courts. Applicants should send the submissions to: Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Washington, DC 20219, Attention: Director, Litigation Group.
2. (b)Time frame for award payment. The OCC will pay the amount awarded to the applicant within 90 days.
