  1. (a)General applicability. This subpart applies to any U.S. bank holding company that is identified as a global systemically important BHC.
  2. (b)Initial applicability. A global systemically important BHC shall be subject to the requirements of this subpart beginning on the later of:
    1. (1)January 1, 2019; or
    2. (2)1095 days (three years) after the date on which the company becomes a global systemically important BHC.
