As used in this subpart:
  1. (a)Formal investigative proceeding means an investigation conducted pursuant to an order of investigation as provided in § 263.452(a).
  2. (b)Designated representative means the person or persons empowered by the Board or by the General Counsel or his or her designees in accordance with 12 CFR 265.6 to conduct a formal investigative proceeding.
