Among other factors, the FDIC takes into account the record of performance under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) of each applicant in considering a filing for approval of:
  1. (a)The establishment of a domestic branch;
  2. (b)The relocation of the bank's main office or a domestic branch;
  3. (c)The relocation of an insured branch of a foreign bank;
  4. (d)A transaction subject to the Bank Merger Act; and
  5. (e)Deposit insurance.
