  1. (a)The Corporation must make its records available promptly upon request by OSMO, at a location and in a form and manner acceptable to OSMO.
  2. (b)The Corporation must make directors, officers, employees and other individuals or entities engaged by the Corporation to participate in the conduct of the Corporation's business available to OSMO during the course of an examination or supervisory action when OSMO determines it necessary to facilitate an examination or supervisory action.
