Yes. SBA shall not solicit and/or accept Gifts of or for (or use cash Gifts to purchase or engage in) the following:
  1. (a)Alcohol products;
  2. (b)Tobacco products;
  3. (c)Pornographic or sexually explicit objects or services;
  4. (d)Gambling (including raffles and lotteries);
  5. (e)Parties primarily for the benefit of Government employees; and
  6. (f)Any other product or service prohibited by law or policy.
