  1. (a)SBA may conduct a program examination at any time after the concern submits its application, during the processing of the application, and at any time while the concern is a certified WOSB or EDWOSB.
  2. (b)SBA will conduct program examinations periodically as part of the recertification process set forth in § 127.400.
