  1. (a)For sole source procurements. SBA or the contracting officer may protest the proposed awardee's EDWOSB or WOSB status.
  2. (b)For all other EDWOSB or WOSB requirements. An interested party may protest the apparent successful offeror's EDWOSB or WOSB status.
