The Inspector General is responsible for:
  1. (a)Making final Agency determinations on appeals related to records originating with the Office of the Inspector General (§ 1212.400), and
  2. (b)Authorizing an extension for making a final determination on an appeal related to records originating with the Office of the Inspector General (§ 1212.400(e)).
