The following is required miscellaneous equipment:
  1. (a)An approved seat for each occupant.
  2. (b)A master switch arrangement for electrical circuits other than ignition.
  3. (c)Hand fire extinguishers.
  4. (d)A windshield wiper or equivalent device for each pilot station.
  5. (e)A two-way radio communication system.
