Assistant General Counsel, when used in this subpart, refers to the Assistant General Counsel for Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings. Complainant refers to the person filing a complaint. Parties, when used in this subpart, include the Office of the Assistant General Counsel, the respondent, the complainant, and any other person permitted to intervene under § 302.20. Respondent refers to the person against whom a complaint is filed.
