  1. (a)To be registered under this subpart, a foreign charter operator shall file two copies of an application for registration with the Office of International Aviation, U.S. Air Carrier Licensing/Special Authorities Division. The Department will list the names and nationalities of all persons applying for registration in its Weekly Summary of Filings.
  2. (b)The application shall be made on OST Form 4530, which can be obtained from the Office of International Aviation, U.S. Air Carrier Licensing/Special Authorities Division.
  3. (c)The applicant shall clearly indicate in its application for registration whether it requests authority to engage in foreign and/or interstate air transportation.
