  1. (a)A Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate expires 1 year after the date it is issued. Each additional certificate expires on the date the original certificate expires.
  2. (b)The holder of a Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate must immediately notify the Registry of any of the following—
    1. (1)A change of name;
    2. (2)A change of address;
    3. (3)A change that affects status as a citizen of the United States; or
    4. (4)The discontinuance of business.
