The following definitions apply to this part. Declaration of compliance means a record submitted to the FAA by the producer of a standard remote identification unmanned aircraft or remote identification broadcast module to attest that all the requirements of subpart F of this part have been met. Home-built unmanned aircraft means an unmanned aircraft that an individual built solely for education or recreation.
