  1. (a)In the event that any Board member or alternate Board member who was appointed as a manufacturer ceases to qualify as a manufacturer, such Board member or alternate Board member shall be disqualified from serving on the Board.

  3. (c)All members serve at the pleasure of the Secretary. The Board may recommend to the Secretary that a member be removed from office.
