With exception of information subject to § 2007.7 any person may, upon request inspect at the Office of the United States Trade Representative:
  1. (a)Any written request, brief, or similar submission of information made pursuant to this part; and
  2. (b)Any stenographic record of any public hearings which may be held pursuant to this part.
