As permitted by section 7(b) of the Act, the following information will not be released:
  1. (a)Information described by section 552(b) of Title 5, United States Code, or protected from disclosure by any other law of the United States; and
  2. (b)Copies of evidence collected, information created, or other investigation documents submitted or received by NIST, a Team, or any other investigation participant, until the final investigation report is issued.
