Declarations, reports, and amendments required under this part must be postmarked by the appropriate date identified in supplement no. 2 to this part 713. Required declarations, reports, and amendments include:
  1. (a)Annual declaration on past activities (production, processing, or consumption of Schedule 2 chemicals during the previous calendar year);
  2. (b)Annual report on exports and imports of Schedule 2 chemicals by plant sites, trading companies, and other persons subject to the CWCR (during the previous calendar year);
  3. (c)Combined declaration and report (production, processing, or consumption of Schedule 2 chemicals, as well as exports or imports of the same or different Schedule 2 chemicals, by a declared plant site during the previous calendar year);
  4. (d)Annual declaration on anticipated activities (production, processing or consumption) involving Schedule 2 chemicals during the next calendar year;
  5. (e)Declaration on Additionally Planned Activities (production, processing or consumption) involving Schedule 2 chemicals; and
  6. (f)Amended declaration and report, including combined declaration and report.
