  1. (a)A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by § 922.203(a)(1) and (2) if conducted under and in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and subpart D of this part.
  2. (b)Applications for such permits should be addressed to the Director, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries; ATTN: Superintendent, Mallows Bay-Potomac River National Marine Sanctuary, 1305 East-West Highway, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
