  1. (a)Potential adverse actions against a third party conformity assessment body include:
    1. (1)Denial of Acceptance of Accreditation;
    2. (2)Suspension of Acceptance of Accreditation; or
    3. (3)Withdrawal of Acceptance of Accreditation.
  2. (b)Withdrawal of acceptance of accreditation can be on a temporary or permanent basis, and the CPSC may immediately withdraw its acceptance in accordance with § 1112.53.
