Pursuant to section 37(d), 15 U.S.C. 2084(d), the reporting of a civil action under section 37 shall not constitute an admission of—
  1. (a)An unreasonable risk of injury;
  2. (b)A defect in the consumer product which was the subject of the civil action;
  3. (c)A substantial product hazard;
  4. (d)An imminent hazard; or
  5. (e)Any other liability under any statute or any common law.
