16 CFR §16.12 — Termination of advisory committees.

Any advisory committee shall automatically terminate not later than two years after it is established, reestablished, or renewed, unless:
  1. (a)Its duration is otherwise provided by law;
  2. (b)It is renewed in accordance with § 16.13 of this part; or
  3. (c)The Commission terminates it before that time.
