  1. (a)
    1. (1)Violation of § 145.74(g) after December 31, 2020, will result in USPS being liable for penalties in accordance with the provisions of 19 U.S.C. 1436(e)(1).
    2. (2)The amount of the penalty will be $5,000 per violation.
  2. (b)The penalty will be reduced or dismissed based on the factors specified in 19 U.S.C. 1436(e)(2).
