Cost allocation plan means either a:
  1. (a)Central service cost allocation plan, as defined at 2 CFR 200.9 and described in Appendix V to 2 CFR part 200; or
  2. (b)Public assistance cost allocation plan as described in Appendix VI to 2 CFR part 200.
