  1. (a)Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must:
    1. (1)Require the recipient to determine the nature of transactions it makes under its award; and
    2. (2)Inform the recipient about the effect of that determination on the procedures for awarding the transaction and the transaction's terms and conditions.
  2. (b)Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix A to this part provides for SUB Article I.
