  1. (a)Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must address requirements that recipients must include in subawards to entities that may make lower-tier subawards.
  2. (b)Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix K to this part provides for SUB Article XI.
