  1. (a)Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must require recipients to include pertinent requirements concerning financial and program management in each subaward they make.
  2. (b)Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix D to this part provides for SUB Article IV.
