  1. (a)Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must specify the requirements for reporting on property that recipients must include in their subawards.
  2. (b)Award terms and conditions. To implement the requirement described in paragraph (a) of this section, a DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix G to this part provides as Section D of SUB Article VII.
