In addition to those listed in 2 CFR 180.970, the Department of the Interior includes the following as nonprocurement transactions:
  1. (a)Federal acquisition of a leasehold interest or any other interest in real property;
  2. (b)Concession contracts;
  3. (c)Disposition of Federal real and personal property and natural resources; and
  4. (d)Any other nonprocurement transactions between the Department and a person.
