  1. (a)Accreditation bodies. An accreditation body is subject to this subpart if it has been or is seeking to be recognized by FDA to LAAF-accredit laboratories to conduct food testing under this subpart.
  2. (b)Laboratories. A laboratory is subject to this subpart if it has been or is seeking to be LAAF-accredited by a recognized accreditation body to conduct food testing under this subpart.
  3. (c)Owners and consignees. An owner or consignee is subject to this subpart if it is required to use a LAAF-accredited laboratory to conduct food testing under this subpart.
