  1. (a)You must establish and keep records required under this subpart in accordance with the requirements of subpart O of this part.
  2. (b)You must establish and keep documentation of the date and method of cleaning and sanitizing of equipment subject to this subpart used in:
    1. (1)Growing operations for sprouts; and
    2. (2)Covered harvesting, packing, or holding activities.
