  1. (a)Specifications. Each milliliter of suspension contains 100 milligrams (mg) of lufenuron.
  2. (b)Sponsor. See No. 058198 in § 510.600(c) of this chapter.
  3. (c)Conditions of use in cats—(1) Amount. 10 mg per kilogram (4.5 mg per pound) of body weight every 6 months, by subcutaneous injection.
    1. (2)Indications for use. For control of flea populations in cats 6 weeks of age and older.
    2. (3)Limitations. Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
