  1. (a)Specifications. Each milliliter of solution contains 50 milligrams (mg) of ethylisobutrazine hydrochloride.
  2. (b)Sponsor. See No. 000061 in § 510.600(c) of this chapter.
  3. (c)Conditions of use in dogs—(1) Amount. Administer 2 to 5 mg per pound of body weight by intramuscular injection for profound tranquilization. Administer 1 to 2 mg per pound of body weight by intravenous injection to effect.
    1. (2)Indications for use. For use as a tranquilizer.
    2. (3)Limitations. Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
