The Act authorizes exemption from disclosure of records and information concerning matters that are:
  1. (a)Specifically required by Executive order to be exempt from disclosure in the interest of the national defense or foreign policy;
  2. (b)Related solely to the internal personnel rules and practices by the Foundation;
  3. (c)Specifically exempted from disclosure by statute;
  4. (d)Trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from any person which is privileged or confidential;
  5. (e)Interagency or intra-agency memoranda or letters which would not be available by law to a private party in litigation with the Foundation;
  6. (f)Personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy;
  7. (g)Investigatory files (including security investigation files and files concerning the conduct of employees) compiled for law enforcement purposes except to the extent available by law to a private party.
