If a recipient is determined to have violated this part, as described in § 1008.500 or § 1008.505, the Inter-American Foundation may take one or more of the following actions—
  1. (a)Suspension of payments under the award;
  2. (b)Suspension or termination of the award; and
  3. (c)Suspension or debarment of the recipient under 22 CFR part 1006, for a period not to exceed five years.
