  1. (a)Under the provisions of the Act, it is a Federal crime for any person to knowingly and willfully request or obtain information from a Federal agency, including this Section, by false pretenses.
  2. (b)It is also a crime for any officer or employee of the Section to knowingly and willfully:
    1. (1)Make an unauthorized disclosure; or
    2. (2)Fail to publish public notice of a system of records as required by 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4).
