  1. (a)The Regional Director may cause a notice of hearing to be issued involving any matters related to the petition.
  2. (b)The notice of hearing shall be served on all interested parties and shall include:
    1. (1)The name of the Department, petitioner, and intervenors, if any;
    2. (2)A statement of the time and place of the hearing, which shall be not less than twenty (20) days after service of the notice of hearing, except in extraordinary circumstances;
    3. (3)A statement of the nature of the hearing; and
    4. (4)A statement of the authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held.
  3. (c)A copy of the petition shall be attached to the notice of hearing.
  4. (d)Hearings on matters related to the petition pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section shall be conducted by a Hearing Officer in accordance with §§ 1422.9 through 1422.15.
